The credit is supported by the monetization of a bank guarantee that acts as a guarantor of your project, which will be monetized at a rate of 85% to 90%.
This will be the value of the credit provided.
The credit will be disbursed by an international banking institution with subsidized rates and annual renewal up to 7 years.
You will need the following to begin the assessment:
- Business Plan for a minimum request value of 10M EUROS – Unlimited Subject to project / location
- Corporate CIS/KYC
- LOI letter
- NDA Agreement.
- IMFPA Contract
- POF (1.5% of the Requested Value)
- CIP Form – 2023 and Supporting Documents. (once NDA signed)
The GENERAL CONDITIONS of the credit line are as follows:
- Line of credit for up to 7 years renewable annually.
- Interest rate from 6% to 12% E.A. this interest rate includes the transfer of the guarantee and bank credit.
- The boutique financial company will request a reserve of approximately 79,000 (SWISS FRANC) and a success fee of approximately 2.8% of the value of the credit.
- Proof of funds for 1.5% of the credit request value for a minimum amount of 25 M EUROS or more, or, if your request is between 10 and 25 M EUROS, the proof of funds will be for the value of approximately $400K EUROS.
- This proof of funds includes the fixed reservation cost and security deposit (refundable) for security of the operation once approved and legally formalized.
- Management time is approximately 15 business days.
- The management cost for CONSULTING MANAGEMENT including analysis, profiling, evaluation, and structured credit proposal will be USD 12,000 Billable upon approval and initial Term Sheet delivered by the financial boutique fund.
- Commission upon success will be 10% of the value of the disbursement, the client must establish a trust account assigning the commission rights according to IMFPA or, failing that, a PAYMASTER.
