This funding resource has access to large funds for all types of projects. 

The preferred areas for funding are Europe, US, and Canada.  

However, qualified projects will be considered worldwide.

Our principals will handle all types of financing (debt, equity, or debt-equity combinations) up to 100%, depending on the type of project and amount.

The amount can range from $500,000 for working capital to $500,000,000.  

The interest rate applied is a maximum of 6% for debt financing. 

Startups are eligible.

Our honorarium is $15,000 plus administrative and bank reception fees of $500.

Applicants must show positive cash flow projections.

Once approved, the borrower will be required to provide a deposit for the required amount in the form of a prepayment bond.

This internationally accepted practice serves as collateral for your loan or investment.

You can get this bond from the insurance company of your choice.

An SBLC (standby letter of credit or BG (bank guarantee) may also be accepted.

We can supply SBLC or BG.

Closing times can vary from 10 to 30 working days.

The closing commission is generally between 4 and 10 points, inversely proportional to the amount requested.
